Available loot

Clash of Clans Available Loot Calculator

Estimate what attackers can steal from storages, Town Hall, and Treasury for each attacker Town Hall range.

Inputs

Enter visible storage and treasury values to estimate what attackers can actually take.

Results

Lower attacker Town Halls may hit loot penalties. Use the table to judge whether the target is worth the army.

Planning notes

How available loot works in Clash of Clans

The loot shown on the multiplayer screen is not the same as the defender's full storage. Clash of Clans applies storage caps, treasury rules, Town Hall differences, and resource-specific limits before an attacker can steal anything. This calculator helps estimate the realistic prize before you spend an army, a boost, or a long scouting session on a target.

Use the inputs for visible storage and treasury values, then compare the result across attacker Town Hall levels. The table is especially useful when farming below or above your own Town Hall range.

What affects available loot

  • Storage loot depends on the defender's stored gold, elixir, and dark elixir.
  • Treasury loot is treated separately from regular storages.
  • Town Hall level differences can reduce the amount an attacker can steal.
  • A target with high visible resources is not always efficient if penalties are severe.

Farming example

A rushed high Town Hall may show millions of resources, but a lower Town Hall attacker can still see reduced returns after loot penalties. If your army is expensive or slow to train, the better target may be a slightly smaller base that gives cleaner access to collectors, storages, or dark elixir drills.

How to judge a target

Do not use available loot alone. Also look at storage placement, collector fullness, clan castle risk, hero availability, and army cost. A base that gives 70 percent of the loot with half the effort is often the better farming choice.

FAQ

Why is available loot lower than total storage?

The game limits what can be stolen from storages and treasury, then applies rules based on the attacking and defending Town Hall levels.

Can I use this for war attacks?

The calculator is mainly for farming. War attacks should be planned around stars, pathing, traps, and defensive value rather than loot.

Should I skip bases with loot penalties?

Not always. A penalized base can still be worth attacking if the loot is easy to reach and the army cost is low.
