Planning notes
A strong Home Village plan balances builders, laboratory time, heroes, walls, and resources. The tracker helps turn that messy upgrade list into a practical plan by showing what remains, how much it costs, and which gaps are still slowing the account down.
Use the tracker after each Town Hall upgrade, season reset, or major farming push. Set your current levels honestly, choose the target levels you want to reach, then use the remaining totals to decide what belongs in the next builder queue.
Save your current plan before logging off, then reopen it before starting the next upgrade. If the next planned upgrade is not funded, switch to a cheaper priority instead of letting a builder sit idle. The tracker is useful because it shows both the strategic plan and the resource reality at the same time.
Many players max defenses while the laboratory falls behind. That creates a base that looks strong but attacks below its Town Hall level. A better plan keeps at least one farming army and one war army current before investing heavily in secondary defenses.
| Upgrade group | Why it comes early | When to delay |
|---|---|---|
| Army camps | More troop space improves every attack. | Rarely delay unless resources are impossible. |
| Laboratory | Research time is one of the longest bottlenecks. | Delay only if you cannot start useful research yet. |
| Heroes | They change farming speed and war consistency. | Pause briefly for key war weeks if your clan needs them. |
| Walls | They spend excess resources efficiently. | Do not block important buildings just to finish walls. |
Not always. Full maxing is comfortable, but strategic rushing can work if offense, heroes, and core defenses stay under control.
Prioritize offensive capacity and economy first, then heroes and core defenses. That usually gives the account the fastest practical growth.
Update it whenever a builder starts or finishes a major upgrade, and after each season reward claim if those rewards change your plan.
