Queen Charge Attack Planning Checklist
Queen Charge attacks succeed when the Queen gets planned value without consuming the entire spell setup. The attack should define where the Queen enters, what she must remove, and when the main army takes over.
A good plan marks both the ideal path and the failure point, because Queen pathing can shift if one outside building survives too long.
Plan the charge value
- Choose the defenses or buildings the Queen must remove.
- Mark the funnel buildings that keep her walking inward.
- Decide where Rage, Freeze, and Poison should be used.
- Know whether the Queen should pull Clan Castle troops.
- Set a time limit so the main army is not delayed too long.
Common failure point
The most common Queen Charge failure is not a weak Queen; it is an unclear funnel. If the Queen walks outside the intended compartment, the main army may lose the Town Hall, Scattershot, or key pathing support it needed.
Main army handoff
The charge should create a path for the second phase. Before attacking, trace how Hybrid, Lalo, Smash, or another army will move after the Queen's value is complete.
FAQ
How many spells should a Queen Charge use?
Use enough to secure planned value, but leave the main army with the spells it needs. If the Queen needs nearly everything, the plan may be too ambitious.
Should the Queen always take the Town Hall?
No. Taking Town Hall is valuable, but sometimes the Queen's best role is removing pathing, Clan Castle troops, or high-damage defenses.
