TH13 Farming Upgrade Plan for Stable Progress
Town Hall 13 adds major pressure through Royal Champion, Scattershots, heavier hero work, and expensive defenses. Without a farming plan, the account can run out of the specific resource needed for the next useful upgrade.
The aim is to keep at least one efficient farming army current while using builders on upgrades that increase account power instead of only making the base look complete.
Stabilize offense first
- Upgrade laboratory and start a core troop or spell immediately.
- Unlock and begin Royal Champion levels as hero resources allow.
- Improve army capacity and spell value before luxury defense upgrades.
- Keep a farming army cheap enough to run repeatedly.
Defensive priorities
Scattershots are high-value defensive upgrades, but they should fit into a larger plan. If offense is behind, defensive strength will not solve farming problems. Upgrade core defenses while keeping enough builder time for heroes and utility buildings.
Resource timing
Gold, elixir, and dark elixir pressure can peak at different times. Use walls and cheaper upgrades to prevent overflow, but reserve enough resources for the next hero, lab, or key building upgrade.
FAQ
Should Royal Champion start immediately at TH13?
Yes, if resources allow. Early levels give strong value, but do not starve Queen, King, or Warden progress completely.
Are Scattershots the first defense to upgrade?
They are high priority, but offense, laboratory, and hero stability should still come first.
